Square Wheels® is our series of illustrations designed as facilitation and engagement tools for addressing ideas and issues around communications, organizational development and performance improvement.

They are packaged in Toolkits containing various illustrations and PowerPoint slides, pdf-based handouts and all the materials, instructions and ideas needed to successfully facilitate communications and involve people.

Square Wheels were created in 1993 by Scott Simmerman and have been sold and distributed, worldwide, developing a solid reputation for excellence.

The Square Wheels Toolkits begin with facilitating a discussion around Square Wheels One, the main illustration.

What could be simpler than showing the illustration of Square Wheels® One to a group of people and having them share their ideas about how this drawing represents, "How most organizations really work?"

This introduces people to the idea of using a "metaphor" as representing an organization with its people, processes and procedures.
