Dutchman Rental Pricing Reference Table

The spreadsheet below gives some general ideas on pricing and support:

$1250	48	8	1 Pro	You should use a Provisioner as support (makes it a bit easier). They handle 8 teams, which is busy but not overwhelming.
$1375	54	9	1 or 2 Pro	One Provisioner can support 9 teams but you might use 2 working at the same work station. You could add a co-Expedition Leader to speed things up a little and provide more on-the-floor support.
$1500	60	10	2 Pro	We suggest two Provisioners, each managing 5 teams. The Expedition Leader will handle 10 teams, which is "busy" but not unreasonable. You could add a co-Expedition Leader to speed things up a little and provide more on-the-floor support.
$1625	66	11	2 Pro + 1 co-EL	We suggest you use 2 Provisioners and you should have a co-Expedition Leader to adequately support the teams. You can support with 1 EL, but it is not suggested.

*Pricing does not include shipment costs. The game and all materials would need to be returned by UPS or one of the overnight shipping companies being shipped the next day. Fees are pre-paid and all materials are expected to be returned; a deposit is also required to cover the cost of materials.

**The Provisioner assists by "banking" the exercise while the Expedition Leader introduces the exercise to participants, answers questions, gives the teams the Resource Packs, handles the weather and debriefing. Co-Expedition Leaders will answer questions and provide on-the-floor support during play.
