The FIX – a simple Square Wheels / LEGO toolkit for engagement

Today is 22 March 2023 and for a very limited time, I am offering a free interactive and highly engaging simple Square Wheels / Lego toolkit for engagement for use in remote or in-person events.

We animated a LEGO story about change and collaboration where the wagon pushers and puller see a new vision for their future. The key is effective use is to ask the viewers, individually and collectively, for their reactions and thoughts. We include a series of slides to help guide the discussion, along with supporting instructions and ideas.

This toolkit is ideal for use by supervisors in their performance improvement discussions with their teams.

The idea is that these visuals can create both divergent thinking as well as the cognitive dissonance needed to generate some motivation for change. And the simplicity of use makes it ideas for supervisors to use with their people without any specific training. The package includes the delivery powerpoint files along with a simple instructional file.

This is FREE for a limited time and we share it because we would like initial reactions from users before we start pushing the package out to the training and development marketplace. You can pop to the website by clicking on the icon below:

We offer a variety of tools for organizational improvement including our team building games. And we can surely work with you to customize things to meet with your specific engagement and performance improvement needs.

Please note that we have been playing with the use of the theme of Square Wheels for 30 years and have presented these ideas worldwide with great reactions.

I hope that you will find this of interest. The approach is bombproof and by using the term, “Square Wheels,” you will change thinking patterns around issues of continuous continuous improvement.

After all, “The Round Wheels of Today will become The Square Wheels of Tomorrow!”

For the FUN of It!
